The B2B sales and marketing process - our four part guideSometimes it seems as though marketing is all about advertising while anything to do with specific customers is up to the salespeople. In reality of course, marketing can play a significant role throughout the entire sales process. To help generate discussion about how marketing - the process and the particular function in each organisation - can play a bigger role in supporting the sales process, Andrew Goode has written a series of four articles on the subject. The series shares a sales and marketing process template, but more importantly it suggests activities around each step in the process that Andrew has found to be successful when working with clients. Read parts one and two in the series in our blog.

Would you like to contribute to a new marketing book? With a working title of Proven Techniques for Finding and Keeping your Ideal Customers, our first book will introduce our unique ‘5L5D’ model (more news about that soon). As the title suggests, the book will also share some great strategies and practical steps for attracting and retaining profitable customers. So how would you like to make a contribution? Over the next few months we will be holding brief interviews with successful organisations, inviting them to share some experiences about marketing that works. We’re not looking for you to give away any secrets, just to talk about some techniques that others could benefit from. If you take part your name will feature in the book (something to mention on your CV!), and of course there will be free copies available when it’s published. Please contact us if you'd like to be involved.
