Copywriting for print and the web
Writing needn't always be a struggle: this course will give you new techniques and inspiration to help you create better marketing communications material. The course covers a number of copywriting techniques, depending on the delegates' experience and roles. The techniques that might be presented include:

- Editing wordy text: how to say more with fewer words.
- How to beat writer's block.
- The best ways to make website text easy to read.
- Easy techniques to get your readers hooked in the first few paragraphs.
- How to write headlines with maximum impact.
- Avoiding the most common grammar and punctuation mistakes.

Course delivery
This is a highly interactive course with lots of fun exercises. Delegates will be asked to bring some examples of their marketing materials. They will use them as the basis for some of the exercises, so they start to get value from their new skills right away.
